It's a good day in Massachusetts!

Proposal to let populace vote on gay marriage defeated by state legislature.

Civil rights should NOT be voted on.

And people should mind their own business, and let other people live in peace.

The reality is, gay people have *gasp* been allowed to marry in this state for two years. It has not affected anyone's life in any significant way. The sky has not fallen. The horsemen of the apocalypse have not come riding through.

Want something to worry about? How about global climate change. How about the numerous toxins in our environment. How about the fact that these toxins are now residing in our bodies; and the bodies of our children.

THAT is something to worry about.
